To kick off the “Marathon Monday” series, I’ve got an overview of essential marathon training elements that you need to consider as you’re putting together your spring marathon training plan.
Each element here is important and can play a part in helping you reach your goals this spring. But, some of them will be more helpful than others. So make sure to pay attention to the “priority” rating I’ve given each type of training. It will help you decide which elements to spend your time and energy on when you’re training.
