3 Things to Copy From Elite Runners
This is a stripped down version of a talk that I gave at the 2018 Nike Smoky Mountain Running Camp where I focus on the things that you SHOULD be trying to copy from elite runners as well as the things you should NOT be trying to copy.
I think this is important information for all runners because the things we can learn from elite runners aren’t just their favorite meals or workouts. They have a lot to teach us about their overall approach and that’s what I focus on in this talk.
