Webinar: Marathon Pre-Training

In this webinar, I took a look at the idea of marathon “pre-training” — essentially the work that you need to do before you start marathon training to be in a position to make sure that you can get the most benefit out of it. Pre-training should be less structured and less intense than “official” marathon training, but it’s still very important.
