Strides: The 10 Most Important Minutes of Your Week (VIDEO)

I have been assuming that most runners include post-run strides as part of their training week. Turns out I was wrong about that!


So, in the interest of getting more people to regularly include strides in their training, I want to talk about the why, the when, and the how.


It’s a really important piece of the training puzzle, and fortunately it’s incredibly efficient. You can get a ton of benefit from 10 minutes or less per week.
